Another weekend
Saturday - Karen’s hen night
Originally, we were planning to go away for a city break like what the guys have done in Prague for the weekend, I was quite disappointed that we didn’t manage to do that and ended up in London for an ordinary night out, but it turned out to be a great night… with champagne and tequilla flowing throughout the night! and for the first time, I haven’t been able to finish a bottle of wine!
But strangely, the guys have decided to meet up, at a bar right opposite and we keep getting phone calls from Mr Biff for no reasons (he phoned me at least 6 times during our 3 hours meal, so the average of one call every 30 minutes - what’s that all about??) In the end, we met up with the guys and we went down to Oxygen for more champagne and some boogie. It was a mixture of pop and RnB and er I dunno… everything else, but nevertheless, I managed to work up a sweat (not vomit, thank god!)
We haven’t been to a proper night club in ages and both me and Mike are itching to go…. Have to arrange a clubby night out soon!
Sunday - Mid-Autumn festival and home alone
The morning after, surely there’s a few sore head, I was ok though coz I promised Mike not to drink excessively…
Decided to have a nice easy relaxing day but it’s hard work having nothing to do, so I tipped out the pennies from Mike’s penny jar and counted them all… hee hee, I’ve made £66 with two hours work! I’m well chuffed.
Monday - back to work zzzzzzzz
Stephen have handed in his notice this morning. There isn’t enough work to go round so obviously we are not getting a replacement, which would also mean we are getting the boring shipping back to do ourselves, so better make the most of the free time we have now! I might not even get time to update my blog soon…
We should be moving to Clapham pretty soon (I hope!)
The managment company has already rented out our current office to the next tenant, we would get kickout in Nov but my bosss still hasn’t sort out the contract with the new landlord???!!!! Interesting!!!??
