My exercise routine

I have been going to the gym for two years now, I have always been a ‘causal’ gym go-er simply because I’m not over-weight, there’s no need to lose any weight just thought it’s a cool thing to be a club member :)

But recently, I have bought a little black dress for Bruce & Jo’s wedding party in September. It’s very tight and I’m having real difficulty doing up the zip, oh dear!!

Therefore I really do need to work harder and here’s my plan:

Monday - spinning for an hour

Tuesday - Yoga one hour forty minutes

Wednesday - more spinning for an hour

Thursday - body pump for an hour

Friday, Saturday and Sunday - rest

For you info - spinning is cycling like crazy on stationary bike, it burns away 1000 plus calories each session (as Mike has put it ‘making me sick just watching it’) and body pump is simply weight training using bar and plates, which makes my body aches for day or two afterwards.

Not doing too badly so far, I’m determined to get into my little black dress!
